1. Surround and support yourself with like-minded people.
2. Perform your role with great effort and commitment.
3. Be open with others about what is required for a relationship with Jesus.
4. Seek the Spirit’s direction through the Word, prayer, and other believers.
5. Don’t shy away from difficulties and inconvenience.
6. Value your purpose for the Lord more than the pleasures of this life.
